I had dinner yesterday with my buddy Xavier at Daikokuya in Hacienda Heights. From his recommendations, I ordered their ramen. Delicious. Cooked just right, with a soft-boiled egg, pork, and rich broth, this ramen bowl was pleasing to the palate and stomach.
I haven’t tried their other dishes, and Xavier told me to stay away from the rice and katsu. So I’d definitely recommend the ramen. At $8 a bowl, it isn’t cheap, but you get quality for the price.
