I know a lot of you guys are studying for finals, as I am at the moment (well, not at the moment, but you get the idea). Hopefully, this post will encourage you guys to take a break and possibly grab some food. Here goes.
Cafe Durant has a prime location next to the Asian Ghetto. Complete with an open-air, rooftop dining area, this cafe has a homely feel and serves tasty breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes.
I decided to wake up a bit earlier than usual last Sunday to try out Cafe Durant’s breakfast offerings. I was glad I got up – the breakfast burrito with chicken was absolutely amazing.
The burrito came covered in guac, cheese, sour cream, and salsa (known as a wet burrito), with eggs and chicken wrapped in a tortilla. The potatoes were tasty as well, and I left feeling full from one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time.
